Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and organizational access.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity.

Service Availability

SOC2Assistant provides the platform on a best-effort basis and continuously improves service availability and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

SOC2Assistant provides governance intelligence tools and does not provide legal or audit certification services.
